We strongly believe that when you produce with respect to local cultivating traditions you support local communities. Our ingredients come from Northern Greece, from selected local producers.
We specialise in olives, grown on our own estates and harvested at two different stages of maturity, green olives and almades. Their taste make them ideal as appetizers or in cooking.
Our main ingredient is the “mother” of the Greek diet, the olive. Over time we have enriched our range with other products, with the principle always being to offer the highest quality.
